Blank Products - Blank products are sold without any customization, printing, or design services unless explicitly stated in the product listing. Blank products are intended for crafters who will complete customization on their own.

Print-Ready Services - Print-ready services are for customers who already have a completed design file.

• File must be high-resolution (300 DPI) • File must be properly sized • File must be print-ready • No edits or design adjustments are included

🚨 If your file is not print-ready, a design fee will be required and the order may be delayed.

Print-ready items process in 1–2 business days; blanks ship within 2–3 business days. Same day local STL pickup for blank products. No customization, mockups, or design services are included.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround times reflect production only and do not include shipping or delivery time.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please email info@bcraftycreationsllc.com if you need to expedite shipping.

Please be aware that screen displays vary by device, which may cause slight color differences between mockups and the final printed product. Although we strive for the most accurate color match, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. These variations are not considered defects.

Blank Products - Returns are accepted only on unused, unaltered blank products.Used, pressed, altered, or customized blanks are not eligible for return.

Print-Ready Prints - Print-ready services are non-refundable once printing has begun. We are not responsible for file errors submitted by the customer.

By placing a print-ready order, the customer confirms: • Files are final and approved • Sizing is correct • Product compatibility has been reviewed
