Shipping policy

 

 

All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).

 

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in St. Louis, Missouri. You’ll receive a pickup notification once your order is ready, along with instructions for scheduling your pickup time. Pickup times are Monday-Friday between 4pm-6pm. 

 

Shipping Delays

Once packages are shipped, delivery timelines are handled by USPS or UPS. B Crafty Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses. If your package is marked as delayed or lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we can update it only before your order ships. Once the package has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible, and B Crafty Creations is not responsible for undeliverable packages.

 

 

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product. We’ll review your claim and work to find the best resolution.
