Communication Policy

All communication regarding open orders will be conducted via email. This ensures that both B Crafty Creations and the customer have a clear record of all correspondence in the event of questions or disputes.

Respectful communication is required at all times. Communication misconduct will not be tolerated. If a customer becomes disrespectful or aggressive, uses profanity toward our designer or staff, or makes excessive change requests that interfere with timely order fulfillment, B Crafty Creations reserves the right to cancel the order immediately.

All design proofs will be delivered via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and respond promptly to approve designs or request revisions. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in a forfeiture of services. Please refer to our policies for full details.

Turnaround Time

All custom orders require full payment before any mockups or design proofs are created. Once payment is received, a mockup will be provided for review and approval. Production turnaround times begin after final mockup approval. Standard custom orders have a turnaround time of 5–7 business days, while custom party favors require up to 14 business days (2 weeks) due to the level of detail involved.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround times reflect production only and do not include shipping or delivery time.

Production does not begin until mockup approval is received.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to purchase. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed. Please email us at info@bcraftycreationsllc.com

Mockups & Approvals

Design mockups/proofs are provided for approval on all custom orders. One mockup and one revision are included. Minor edits such as font changes, color adjustments, spelling corrections, or photo swaps are included at no additional charge. Major changes, including theme or layout changes, will require a $25 redesign fee.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for accuracy, including spelling and design details. Once a design is approved and production begins, any additional changes will result in an extra fee based on the product or service.

Designs not approved within 48 hours may be printed as shown in order to avoid delays and meet the requested turnaround time.

Color Variations

Please be aware that screen displays vary by device, which may cause slight color differences between mockups and the final printed product. Although we strive for the most accurate color match, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. These variations are not considered defects.

File Quality & Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, and spelling are correct before approving mockups.

We are not responsible for low-quality images submitted by the customer. Please no screenshots, blurry pictures or collages.

Refunds & Returns

Refund requests for custom party favor orders are accepted only if the provided “need by” date is fourteen (14) or more business days out. If design services have been completed and approved, a $40 design fee will be retained and deducted from any eligible refund.

Refunds cannot be issued once printing or assembly has started.

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at info@bcraftycreationsllc.com so we can assist you.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery regarding missing items or damage related to the assembly process. We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers; however, all orders are carefully packaged, and we will work with you toward a fair resolution when applicable.

Cancellation/Forfeit

An order will be considered forfeited if the customer fails to respond to email communication within five (5) business days. If no response is received by the fifth business day, the order will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Payments cannot be transferred, credited, or applied to another service or future order.

If an order is canceled due to communication misconduct (as outlined in our Communication Policy), a refund—if applicable—will be issued minus a $20 inconvenience fee.

Orders may be canceled at any time; however, customers are responsible for any applicable design fees. Certain cancellations are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
